内华达州的attorney general bureau of consumer protection

假设楼主是在NV，州检察官调查，“By performing investigations, BCP learns of cases that indicate a pattern of deceptive activity that substantially affect the public interest in Nevada.” 所以楼主不一定能够获得马上回应，州检察官也不一定真正立案。

如果仅仅是靠AG吓唬对方，对方如果真是惯犯，可能早就知道AG的把戏，根本吓唬不到。我认为还是自己去告small claim最直接。
