朋友留学生身份，计划在闲暇时间ebay，Amazon开店卖点东西，钱是往他自己中国账户打，但是发货他是在美国发货，地址也是美国地址。然后担心这样做不合法，要报税，因为留学生自己不能工作。先谢谢帮忙了。
