楼主已经付了1800，因为律师的费用超过1800，她需要再付1800，至今，她确实应该付两个retainer，which is 1800x2

但你解释错了，

3. 所以，她“前一阵”做得工作价值是3900+1800=5700. 这一部分钱你现在就要付，是bill，不是retainer

她已经付过5700，不是bill，3900叫deposit, 1800叫retainer，

你要当心，客户fire律师的事情经常发生，不一定只是律师fire客户。


问楼主：3900叫deposit，将来是要还你的么？交retainer就无法赖账，要deposit干什么呢？
