有谁知道这种遗嘱吗？

听朋友讲，有一种遗嘱，是如果夫妻同时意外身亡，指定朋友收养其未成年子女的（朋友知情并同意）。这样孩子就不会被迫住foster home 或被带回中国。有谁听说过这种遗嘱或委托吗？法律名称是什么啊？应该找什么title 的律师办理啊？先谢了!
