In the agreement, lawyer wrote down (I asked) that he needs to suppot my daughter till she graduates from graduate school. Tuition half and half.

You need give the lawyer his information, both of your 401k information, his stock or your stock, house titles. Also search your house, he may left something in there. You may find some clues.
