SURE! I just find he owes us money by using our tank to save his

if he claim the oil belongs to him, then for the past 3 months and 19 days, he should pay us for using the tank.

I can estimate how much oil we already used by using the same average temperature for beginning month and ending month, this is fair to everybody.

if I know how much galon he bought (information shows he claims he fill the tank to full), and how much the tank can hold, the difference is the oil left in the tank from the even former tenant. we don't need to pay for this.

now half tank left in oil, so he and we used half in total, monthes starts from the day he bought oil and ends by *AVErage* temperature of spring 2012 (he used), plus the same *AVErage* temperature from autumn 2012 (we used).

then we can estimate how much each "family" use every month.  We pay this part.

He pay storage fee for us.  He must move his oil by some date, otherwise every $$ a month.  If he can't move out and we kindly buy the oil he left, he must give us a good rate!!!

Am I reasonable?  He's the first one who makes the whole thing disgusting!
