You're right about the size of the tank

3125 gal = 11.82941 cubic meters, can fill a 3m X 4m room with 1-meter-height of oil, that's totally impossible.

I'll wait to see what my roommate find out from the oil company, especially how much did he pay for the bill, if it's $115.25 or more.
