First of all, I do not understand what you meant by signing off. Signing off what, a check? Second, there is no information on what the $7000 is. Is it a recovery of attorney fees? Third, how much attorney fees did you owe or did he charge. Fourth, is there any fee in dispute between you and the attorney?
