对方有重要的考试不想分心

petitioner想do a favor，但同时早点开始计时。

另外您下面这段什么意思？

 Some counties require mandatory filing of a response. Considering thefiling fee is $320, the clerk will allow you to file a response after 30 days.

response怎么会是mandatory呢？default也可以啊。您是说过了30天才回应，需要额外交late fee？

另外我记得您说过离婚费用只收起诉方的。但这里的链接分别列出了petitoner和respondent的费用，是怎么回事呢？另外婚姻里怎么会有joint petition？
