请教small court 的问题

 

本人自从2009年投入股市以来，每年都是大流血损失。不想今天收到IRS的来信说我2009赚了$66000，要我补交$30000的税。看后气得全身发抖。赶紧打开我的Scottrade Account来看，看后差点心脏病发作！在Scottrade 的Loss/Gain上，宣示的结果是我2009赚了$20000多。等气缓过来后，我一笔笔的算后，结果是我不但不赚，反而是赔了上万。Scottrade 作为一个有声誉的大公司，其应向IRS和客户提供正确的数计及信息。可事实却不是这样。我想file a small court law suit against Scottrade.请问我能 Make a case吗。谢谢！
