今天去纽约问了一些关于考公民的事.有的说可以考.有的说不可以

先说一下我的情况.我来美国时是24岁. 那时候不知道26之前要登记兵役.等我知道后去申请。己经27岁了[其实就超过十几天.我是1982年8月2号生日.他们给我的回信日期是2009年8月17日]。可我还是把信寄出去了。他们也给我一张纸。上面说我年龄己经超过.

问了三家办移民的事务所。有二家说没申请兵役不能考。要31才能考。 还有一家开始也是说不能考。但我给他看了SS给我的回信后。说我可以考。 我现在很烦恼到底能不能。因为我要急着申请我老婆。他12月份就毕业了。她是F1身份。 下面是信的内容。这信我也都给问过的这三家移民事务所的人看过了。 就一家说我可以考。
