在美为traffic ticket 上法庭会影响移民吗？我能请律师代表出庭吗？

最近收了超速罚单，我觉得不平所以要求出庭。因为工作原因，想请律师全权出庭处理，结果律师没有接过像我这种没有绿卡、还是工作签证的人。来了一张表说是如果可能，这会影响我以后的移民，甚至我为此还会被递解出境。我吓了一跳，有这么严重吗？如果我不是公民，我就不能请律师代我出庭了？郁闷。。。。
