回复：only the new lease gets discount

Since I live here for 4 years I did not get rent increase but they gave newone $100discount.They want give too but ask to sign 1 year contract. I want to pay less without contract. Also lot of apartments near by already 10% discont plus give one month free. Almost every apartment put for rent sign where I live
