Yes, I was caught by camera, but I googled it seems "Traffic Violation Notice" is snitch ticket, and "Notice of Traffic Violation" is real ticket, my ticket doesn't show date to appeal, no fine amount, no deadline, and it indicates declarant name and badge, my question is if he is police officer, why he did not pull me over on site?
