紧急请教，买房，有Termite,如何理解这个合同条款。

合同上是这么说的:

TERMITE INSPECTION - The seller at seller's expense, will furnish a written report from a pest control firm dated not more than 30 days prior to settlement showing that all dwelling(s) and garage(s) within the property are free of visible evidence of active termites and other wood-destroying insects, and free from visible structural insect damage. Any extermination and structural repairs identified in the inspection report will be made at Seller's expense.

前后两句单独都可以理解。但是前后两句的关系却不是很明确。我现在的情况是，前一句，卖方已不满足要求(发现了活动的白蚁），他根据后一条作了补救（作了treatment)。但是上面条款并没有说，满足后一句，前一句就无所谓。

这种情况下，我可以根据这一条款，不再买这个房子吗？
请懂法律的人解释。
