We all wanted to fire him but were reluctant since he recently had a baby, bought a house, etc. and his wife was not working. Finally the moment came, one day during a meeting with the management, while not happy with certain pressure, he blurted out the word ‘quit’. Our CEO picked it up immediately, ‘we accept your resignation’. The guy’s face turned purple and he was courted out the office building…
