今天失败的面试经验

我的背景是social science PhD马上要毕业， 做了十来年的定量研究，还有一些定性研究。 经历也算比较丰富， 有工业界（早期），政府与学校的经历。

本来准别明年年初再找工作的。 前段时间心情不好，偶然看一个很适合我的工作（一周三十个小时, 我很感兴趣的领域）就试着投了申请。过后我又忙我的论文， 同时开始修老土老师的颗， 就把这事情给忘记了。上星期电话来要我今天去面试， 我就pdpd的认真积极准备面试了。

今天去面试的时候，我对自己的回答还算很满意。 他们要求的经验我全都有。 感觉对方面试的人也都很满意。 可是最后居然让我去做一个test. 而且居然是用一个我从来不用的软件做分析。 那就是EXCEL. 我的个老天啊！ 我最后交了白卷走人啊！ 我人生算完整了啊！走时我给了人家一个10来页的从论文里来的writing sample, 希望他们明白我的data analysis and writing skills。

想想真是upset!! 我知道自己可能是overqualified.可是我真的是觉得这个工作很适合我。 问题是我不是他们要找的人！

回家来想想， 我还是先学好老土老师的课再去找更好更适合我的工作吧！！
