不明白为什么一定要爬藤?

看藤爸藤妈们都急着要把孩子送进藤校, 我有些不一样的意见. 我觉得专业排名才是最主要的, 学校其次. 我是搞计算机的, 在十几家公司工作过, 说实话,也许我孤陋寡闻, 我几乎没见过几个从藤校毕业做的非常好的工程师. 我儿子今年申请学校,他想上计算机专业, 所以我基本上更看重计算机排名, 而不是学校排名. 一个UIUC或者Georgia Tech或者普渡的计算机可能比起布朗,耶鲁或达特茅斯学院甚至哈佛的计算机更让我看重.
