公司没有盈利，只有loss，你减个屁税。

Long term capital loss can be carried forward to be deducted from future profit.  If you never had profit, you keep carrying loss forward.  

That's how Amazon doesn't pay income tax even when it earns money in 2018.  Amazon blew through billions of dollar in the early years, all those losses are carried forward to offset its tax now.
