How can you say that it is too late?  The price of any given stock is not determinant whether you should invest or not.  It is the valuation.  High price does not mean the stock is rich, equally, a low price does not indicate that the stock is cheap.  Has Berkshire Hathaway just doubled the investment in Apple?  You should tell Warren that it is too late to invest in Apple.
