保险公司需要知道房子用于出租, 你可以抱房子本身, 但有些不保, 比喻有些水的保险.

have your tenent has their own insurance to cover their contents, and water damage.  If you insure your house as owner with renter, it is cheaper, but some are not covered,  such as contents of tenents, water damages etc, actually the insurance contract has everthing listed, what is covered, what is not.
