大家有买这种理财产品的吗？

周末在中文学校听了个税务讲座，其实他们卖的是” Engrgy hunter partners 2012-a drilling &production fund", 说是可以抵税， 降低AMT，今年的产品预计4年还本。 这种产品风险大吗？有买过的吗？
