至少时间得搞清楚.

Brentton woods conference happened in July 1, 1944. While Special drawing rights was created by IMF in 1969. There was a twenty five years of time span.

The author seems know a little but does not even know the details of monetary history.

What is really sad that so many people does not read and learn by themselves while spplaud such a mixed up pieces.
