租uhal 搬家，撞了别人的车，不知我的保险赔不赔？

是我的错，在加油站，别人的车停在那儿，我刮了人家的车。
租uhal的时候，我买了一个safemove的保险，但这好像不是liability insurance. 我是在all state 给我的车买的保险。不知我的all state的保险保不保这种情况。
