Ask your insurance, don't cheat

Personal auto insurance cover certain business activities, but without knowing your details it is hard to advise. 

In your case, the problem arises when you got into an accident and injured the students you were driving, those students' parent will call your insurance company asking for compensation, and they won't lie about being your "friends", they will tell insurance company that they are your clients. 

It is different from driving your son's friend to soccer practice.
