车祸的问题，起诉对方保险公司可能吗？

车祸发生在3/13，警察报告次日即出，对方错，对方保险Geico已给offer基本正常约8千，但这个价钱拿不到我的车/车况。我的车没有collision coverage我的保险公司没啥干劲替我出头，反正也不用他们出钱。

我与对方交涉要求增加1）租车费，我只租了一周300，看能否因不便为由要两周的钱共600；2）轮胎，两个新的才换了3天花费250+,另两个一年开了约8千迈，对方开始答应考虑后来说最多80，但是并没给，还警告我不得把新胎换掉；3）后视摄像，我有CANON的dash cam DVR+后视摄像，对方说dash cam不管后视算itemized，开始说不知道我有，我说可以发照片，她又说不必，最后说原数额已经包括了这个。

她基本是躲着偶尔能联系上。上次是找到人身伤害的adjust把电话转给她，她说忙待会打回，我等了一下午，次日短信说要去BBB抱怨，她才打回，说当日会定下要派去我家的人，把支票给我然后把车拖走。又等了四天，倒是给我回话了，否认当场给支票拖车的话，要我去某地的办公室签字。

对话时我用的手机，不知道有何手段可以拿到录音。有否可能起诉？有否可能以她撒谎或多次否认说过的话起诉？
