失窃，保险公司赖赔怎么办？

贼进屋，盗走首饰和金制摆件。保险公司是“AAA” 除外房屋，个人财产保了10万刀。章程上有首饰最高赔2500刀一条，现金最高赔200刀。我们认为金制摆件应为个人财产，可保险公司说是应归为现金。 值1万刀的东西只肯赔200刀。然后因为理赔了所以保险费每年得涨200刀。 请各位大侠支支招，有无什么办法跟他们论理。
