在朋友家摔伤, 房屋保险公司赔偿的问题

A friend 在一个朋友家摔伤（喝多了找洗手间走错门， 摔下地下室）， 脑出血。现已出院，似在好转。但她没有医疗保险， 近期也不能马上工作。 想问问这种情况下， 要朋友的房屋保险公司赔偿的可能性和操作性是怎样的。多谢！
