-Ask your parents to see whether their old 户口本 has your name there or not. If yes, do that 户口本公证. Or try to do by asking someone in your homedown for help.
The birth certificate should contain: your name, gender, your parents' names, your date of birth and place of birth. If your current birth certificate does have these information, then you need to do it again.
--我原来的出生公证有上述您说的信息，我名字，性别，父母名字，我出生日期和出生地。只是我是10年前公证的。
-Then this document still works and that is why USCIS does not require you to provide a new copy in the RFE. They just do not completely trust the Chinese 出生公证, so they need secondary evidences such as 户口本 as I explained in my above response.
现在我让国内朋友帮我重新公证，正在进行中，但是还是不能提供我跟我父母的关系证明啊？怎么办？？？
