If your 户口本 has your name and your parents' names, you need to provide the 户口本公证 as the RFE asked for.

--我的户口本没有我父母的名字，我在国内的户口是集体户口，只有我一个人。这种情况如何办？

The birth certificate should contain: your name, gender, your parents' names, your date of birth and place of birth. If your current birth certificate does have these information, then you need to do it again.

--我原来的出生公证有上述您说的信息，我名字，性别，父母名字，我出生日期和出生地。只是我是10年前公证的。现在我让国内朋友帮我重新公证，正在进行中，但是还是不能提供我跟我父母的关系证明啊？怎么办？？？
