我们在做EB5移民，儿子已在美国读私立初中，九月该上高中。本来5月份应该拿到绿卡，但是因为需要补材料给推迟了，我们估计9月或10月应该差不多可以拿到绿卡。。我们所在学区已经接受孩子上公立高中，他现在持有的是私立学校的F1签证。
请问8老师，这种情况，如果孩子上学区公立高中，九十月份回去办绿卡，会对绿卡申请有影响吗？
