我们的移民是在中国进行的，不是在美国进行的。所以不能填I485调整身份。所以才着急。公立学校不care你的身份，只看你的住房是否在这儿，所以我们可以上。但公立学校也不能给I-20。我的意思是我们先不管身份问题这样读着，九月十月回中国办完绿卡就名正言顺了。不知道出关离开美国时行不行，会不会影响绿卡申请？
