8老师您好！我2017年2月递交485后，在2018年4月收到过REF，要求提供J表。我办的是EB1A，我提交了一份当时的job offer. 2019年2月份我的485排期终于到了，却再次收到RFE。要求我提供的evidence中有一项是让我说明为什么当时J表显示我的工作地点是加州，而我的居住地表明我一直在德州。我是因为当时经过再三考虑，没有接受加州的工作，而是搬到德州，进行一系列的考察，最后决定定居德州，并开公司。

我的问题是，EB1A是允许这样工作变化的吧？

-Yes. Just explian it in the response to the REF that you declined the job in CA at that time, and moved to TX, and have been working in the same field as you indicated in the I-140 since that time. Provide the evidences on your job resposibilites.

相关的法律条文可以去哪里查呢？

-AC21 I-485 Portibility rule and I-485 Supplement J Instructions which describes that only the principal beneficiary of a valid Form I-140 in an employment-based immigrant visa category that requires a job offer need to file I-485 Supplement J when change of job. This is not your case because EB1A I-140 does not need to have a offer from an employer (i.e. your I-140 is self sponsor).
