父母绿卡RFE, 不知道问题在什么地方，真是急死人了。 请8老师及大侠们指点！

7/27寄出 485 & 130, 8/23接到RFE:

1. submit all supporting tax doc. for the most recent year.

我前年被公司lay off, 去年收入只有alimony received ($19k) , 没有W-2, 1099之类的， 之前已附上divorce decree and MSA (离婚协议）， 还要什么呢？

2。Based on the doc. submitted with I-864, the income did not meet 125%. Submit evidence of assets that meet the standards listed below or obtain a different joint sponsor.

个人收入情况：alimony ( 5年limited duration) $27000/y 从去年三月开始。今年三月刚找了一份lab小时工，开出的employment letter上写明年收入 $22000/y (折算今年实收将有$17000), 这样今年收入应该有$44000, 两个孩子加父母，五口人联邦125%应为$36775, 应该够啊！雇主是正规单位，employment letter 也应该没问题呀。

另外我为防万一，交表时已附上银行清单（是父母名下的美国银行帐户）， $70k current balance, 12month 平均也有$51k. 

现在真的不知道问题出在什么地方，准备材料是很小心的，现在应该怎么办呢？

要找joint sponsor 感觉不大容易，如果需要另加存款证明可能还是可以的（五万，八万？） 再就是用父母国内的退休金作为总收入？ 或是房产证作为 Assets?

父母来过美国多次，这次是B-2十年签，4月份来的。目前我没有找joint sponsor.
