我的朋友申请485遇到麻烦了，公司律师也不给力，我就告诉他可以来问问8老师。
我朋友是O1入境想交485（EB1A, 140批准了），但是他以前交过一个140和485（旧140被拒了，485还没有收到拒信，AP和EAD还在有效期内）
1. 律师已经帮他request relink新140 和旧485了但是一时还没消息。他现在想用AP回国可以吗？-Contact USCIS for the pending I-485 status before leaving using this AP. If the I-485 has been denied, he cannot use the AP anymore.
那个relink 怎么知道已经被relink 了呢？

3. 我朋友现在想交个新485，试试能不能拿到加急AP。如果拿不到加急AP他也得回国，那样他是不是485 就白交了？
