我在帮我妈妈延期B2签证。有些问题想请教一下：

1. 是不是只要在I-94过期前fileI-539并在pending 状态，就可以合法的呆在美国等批准。如果I-94过期后才收到拒绝，但立即就离开美国。这样不算非法逗留， 对吗？

-If the extension is denied after I-94 expires and her illegal stay will be counted from the date when the extension is denied, but if she leaves within one month after the extension denial, then it probably will have no negative effect on her future visa application and reentry to US. However, her B-2 visa stamp on her passort will be invalid even if it does not expire yet. So, she needs to apply for a new B-2 visa to come to US in the futrue.

2. I-539 form, part 1- 4.a "in care of name" 是填我的名字还是我妈妈的名字？-Your name.

3. 护照上进入美国是10/2/16. 但i-94上是10/3/16.在I-539上应该用那个日期？-Put the actual entry date.

    check this box if you were granted Duration of Status
    这个是什么意思？是不是一般不用选？-Leave it blank. It is for F-1/F-2 or J-1/J-2.

5. 我可以提交我的银行证明,还是一定要我妈妈的银行证明？-You can provide a completed I-134 with the support document such as your employment verification, bank statement, etc. following the I-134 Instructions.
