我老婆之前申请h4签证并入境，目前她的签证上有我所在公司的名字，但是我现在要跳槽到新公司，新公司目前在帮我办h1b transfer，新公司请的律师告诉我，我老婆的h4也要办，

这个是有必要的么？

-Not at all unless the H-4 I-94 will expire very soon. H-4 status is irrelevant to the employer.
