我去年EB2排期到并拿到了绿卡，孩子是三年前收养的并在两年前用B2的身份到了美国，并且每隔半年都延期保持着合法身份。现在两年监护时间过了，我们想给他用follow to join的方式申请绿卡，请老师们看看有问题没有？

另外，洛杉矶地区如果有律师对我们的case有经验，请在回帖里留下联系方式。我们公司的律师没做过不愿接这个case。

实在不行我们就只好DIY了。

-Just file I-485 if your PD is current and the child still has legal status, B2, at this point. If USCIS has any question later, then you can consult an immigration lawyer.  At the worst, you still can file I-130 for your adopted child using family based caetgory (F2A) in the future.
