各位老师好

想请教绿卡后回国发展的两个问题:

1. 绿卡和在中国滞留时间的问题: 太太会继续在美国, 也有住处, 但是我如果回国开公司的话, 我是需要每年回来6个月么? 时间上这一点貌似一直没有确切答案... 我的intention是在美国居住.

-You can not stay outside US for > one year without reentry permit. The principle is that if you go forth and back between China and US too often, your green card will be cancelled. You had better apply for reentry permit to travel if you want to stay in China for > one year < two years.

2. 个税的问题: 我在中国国内交过个税之后, 每年4月15号还需要把税后的收入再报一遍IRS再交一次美国的个税么? 工资, 股票收入具体怎么算呢?
