Master 8, I have received a letter from United States Department

我前段时间给我妈妈弄了I130, 然后就收到了一封来自United States Department of State National Visa Center的信

然后里面列举了一系列的文件要我门提供还要交fee. 还说we will review the forms and documents you submit to us, if something is missing or incorrect, we will tell you how to fix it. Oherwise, we will schedule your case for a visa interview at the US embassy or consulate in guangzhou China.

我的问题是我两星期前已经把我妈妈的485递交了而且我妈妈现在也在美国。为什么他要我妈妈去弄移民签证。我们申请的绿卡又不是移民签证。我有写糊涂了。这样的信件要如何处理啊。谢谢八老师！！！
