我的问题是我两星期前已经把我妈妈的485递交了 而且我妈妈现在也在美国。 为什么他要我妈妈去弄移民签证。 我们申请的绿卡又不是移民签证。 我有写糊涂了。 这样的信件要如何处理啊。 谢谢八老师！！！
-Just reply to NVC that your mother has been apply for the adjustment of status within US and ask NVC to stop processing your case in NVC (enclose the letter which NVC sent to you). That is all.
