我的EB1b140已批，485pending中。现在要提交LG的485申请，想自己申请，有几个问题想请教各位老师
1. LG十多年前在国内离婚，现在需要提交离婚证的复印件，并做翻译以及翻译件公证。我们想在美国做公证的话，需要朋友翻译好了去公证，还是朋友签字然后我们去银行公证就可以，朋友需要亲自提交翻译件然后公证吗？

2. OPT转H4问题，去年LG的OPT延期于6 30到期，我们在7 15提交了COS的申请，转为H4。H4批准的比较晚，都10 14才收到797c。那么从8 30到10 13这段时间LG的身份是OOS吗？

我们是否需要解释或者提交H4申请的收据表明日期。
-No explanation needed, but need to provide the copies of I-20, OPT EAD (both sides), F-1 I-94, and H-4 approval notice with I-94, (not need the receipt).
3. OPT延期的挂靠，当时申请OPT延期用一个有everifty号码的外州公司，但是没有paid，只是去培训了两个多月（到3月初）。然后回来找工作，5月底找到的工作，这段时间写在325表格的工作记录上用什么title好？
-He should have a title for the OPT extension application, shouldn't he?
在485申请中算OOS吗？

4. OPT中间有三个月同时做两个工作，有一个是volunteer，另外是contractor性质的工作。在325表格里怎么填写。具体信息如下：
工作A，外州， 2013 7月初到2013 9月底。contractor
工作B，本州， 2013 2月初到2013 11月底。volunteer
这两个工作哪个放在前面？

5. 另外，我的485是TSC，1月底的PD，2月初的RD，网上状态还是finger print fee received，已经超过5个月，现在可以做infopass或SR吗？还是找议员催一下？
