LG主申请人，材料都是按照坛子的指示一步步自己做的。 Birth Certificate 我们都是到自己的户口所在地的公正处办的公正，LG的公正是网上标准的4页，我的因为是2001年的公正，只有前两页，没有后面的关于中文英文是一致的那两页。

1. LG 的BC是根据他家的户口簿，做的公正，是不是把户口簿原件复印+翻译就可以？
-Birth certificate is not 户口簿. Normally most Chinese from Mainland China ask the local 派出所开证明 and then, go to 公证处 to do the 公证. However, the RFE from USCIS for your I-485 just asked for the "Certified Translation of Birth Certificate", so it seems they accepted your birth certificate. So, my suggestion to you is that you may ask a friend of yours to translate the birth certificate again, and this friend needs to write a statement addressing that he/she knows both English and Chinese well, and the translation by him/her is accurate for the original document (see the links I cited for you above). Your friend had better go to the Notary Public (e.g. bank) to notarize his/her signature on the translation copy and his/her statement. Also provide the entire copy of your original birth certificate you got 公正 in China though you have provided it when you filed I-485.
2. 我是有独生子女证，是不是把这个复印+翻译就可以？我也可以用户口簿，就是因为房子的问题，我和我父亲一个户口，我母亲一个人一个户口（但是我母亲的户口，有她外甥女的户口迁进迁出的记录，我怕又无谓的惹好多麻烦， 大家啥意见啊

3.我是否应该找个有LICENSE的翻译公司把原件给翻译了呀？ 还是自己找学校的中国教授帮帮忙啊？有可以推荐的翻译公司吗？
