一直在坛子里潜水，受益匪浅， EB1a 1-40 请律师做的，在今年一月份的时候通过了。 为了省点银子， 就自己DIY我和LG的了I-485， 结果就不幸的收到了REF， 汗。 昨天收到了信，我俩都REF, REF的东西是完全一样的， 想问问大家的意见。同时也希望对在准备485的同学有所帮助。
背景：
EB1a I-140: pass on January,2015
I-485 RD: MARCH 5
I-130+EAD: RECIEVED ON 04/30
I-485 REF: 06/02
LG主申请人，材料都是按照坛子的指示一步步自己做的。 Birth Certificate 我们都是到自己的户口所在地的公正处办的公正，LG的公正是网上标准的4页，我的因为是2001年的公正，只有前两页，没有后面的关于中文英文是一致的那两页。
原文如下：
“Certified Translation of Birth Certificate
The translation of your foreign language birth certificate has no statement from the translator, certifying that she or he is competent to perform the translation.
Submit a copy of the orginal foreign language birth certificate for which the English translation was made and a complete and accurate English translation. Translations submitted without the corresponding foreign language documents are not acceptable. Extract or summary translations of the original document are not acceptable. The translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language to English.”
请教的问题：
1. LG 的BC是根据他家的户口簿，做的公正，是不是把户口簿原件复印+翻译就可以？
2. 我是有独生子女证，是不是把这个复印+翻译就可以？我也可以用户口簿，就是因为房子的问题，我和我父亲一个户口，我母亲一个人一个户口（但是我母亲的户口，有她外甥女的户口迁进迁出的记录，我怕又无谓的惹好多麻烦， 大家啥意见啊
3.我是否应该找个有LICENSE的翻译公司把原件给翻译了呀？ 还是自己找学校的中国教授帮帮忙啊？有可以推荐的翻译公司吗？
4. 大家帮我看看，除了上面的材料我还应该准备其他什么补充材料啊？
