有位朋友在中国离婚, 有一孩子。 现在是澳大利亚公民,。她人在美国， 最近和美国公民结婚，拿到婚姻临时绿卡，孩子还没办。

想尽快将7岁孩子从国内接来美一起生活, 什么方式最快？

孩子也有澳大利亚护照（赴美旅游免签）。

请问，

1.澳籍绿卡母亲带澳籍孩子用免签身份入境可行吗？会不会在海关因移民倾向被拒绝入境并遣返?
-Should be fine to enter US, but the child can not apply for the green card within US if the child uses visa waiver program to enter US.

2.如果上述做法行不通，是不是只有办follow to join 是最快的团聚方法？
-The child's step-father (your friend's current husband)can file I-130 to sponsor the child's immigration visa(green card visa) application in China, but your friend has to have the custody of the child. If the child's biological father does not agree your friend to bring the child to US, the child can not leave China.

３.如果让孩子中国生父带去美领馆申请探亲签证的成功率大吗？（有移民倾向？）
