请教8老师以及各位老师

我父亲一九八一年来美国时用和现在不同名字办的社会安全号.现在人在美国打算办移民. 因在办签证时嫌麻烦就没填社安号. 现在在填I-485表时要不要填社安号? 如果不填影响办移民吗?
