原有的旧护照已经收回(是因公护照), 新护照只有现在的名字, Birth Certificate上也没有旧名字. 也没有改名证明.
如果不填在I-485上有什么后果?
-No matter what, he needs to report his used name (old name) in the G-325A. If he does not report it, how can he explain his SSN and his history of previous entry into US?  Also, your birth certificate should have his old name, shouldn't?
