多谢好人悉心指教！以我母亲的身体，短期内坐飞机有生命危险。看来只有转为在广州申请移民签证了。叹啊！连夜查了下I-824的资料，疑问不少，希望能百忙之中帮我指一下。先谢过！（真的很不好意思）
1、I-130是9月初批准的，I-485是10月初拒的。提交I-824有没有期限？比如30天内？
-No time limit. You can file it any time and it is irrelevant to the I-485 denial.
2、I-824表和申请费之外，还需要提交什么材料？
这个是针对已经批准的I-130的，I-130复印件就够了吧？
-Correct. Copies of the original I-130 filed, the I-130 approval notice and your certificate of naturalization.
3、如果以我的名义（petitioner）申请I-824，母亲（applicant）的签名要让她从国内寄给我，再提交USCIS，对吧？
-It is you to file I-824, not your mother. After USCIS approve your I-824, they will forward the case to National Visa Center (NVC) for process and NVC will contact you and you just follow NVC instructions to do whatever they ask you to do. After NVC complete their process, they will forward the case to the US Consulate, and the Consulate will contact your mother for the visa interview.
4、她的住址这下要填国内了，mailing address（就是批准材料）应该给我比较妥当？因为如果让NVC直接把信息和表格（所谓的移民签证3号邮包或Package 3）寄给我母亲，她不会填。
5、“申请人及其家人完成Package 3的准备并寄回给美国国家签证中心”，这是寄美领馆，还是在美国的office？
6、同时申请的，我父亲的绿卡下来了，没想到母亲的情况变得这么复杂。不想再犯错误了（其实也不应该是我们的问题），是否请律师办保险些？心力交瘁。母亲刚犯了几次心脏病，最后来美国跟我团聚是她的精神支柱，现在都不敢告诉她实情。
中国就没个美国认的指纹处？
