8老师您好
 

我现在在一公司持o签证工作，准备申请绿卡，读书期间，收入微薄，老婆以我的名义
 

注册了一个s-corporation。一直运行至今已有三四年，每年报税的时候，注册会计师
 

都把我的个人收入和公司收入放在一起报税了，请问，这个纪录会影响我的绿卡申请，
 

或者背景调查能通过吗？感谢！
-If you are not involved in the company activities and your income from this company is just from the company profits (not salary), then you will be fine.
附：当时我儿子刚出生不久，就他和我有ssn，所以儿子是公司partner，我是owner，因为要签字。
-Then, who manage the company? Do you hire someone to work for you? If no, then it is difficult for you to justify that you are not involved in the company activities (e.g. employed).
