It is my wife who do the whole business. She was F2 and now is O-3. She didn't have SSN during that time, that is why she used my SSN and my son's SSN for the company use. The biggest advantage of the company is we use the company account to pay creidt card, house, car. That is all. It seems we still will have trouble. The only thing I can do is waiting. Thanks for your useful information.
-Have you filed I-485 yet? If no, you may just go to China and get an O-1 visa to come back, then file I-485 and thus you will be OK. By the way, you have to stop your company business now, and open it until you get the EAD or green card.
